We offer free shipping for all orders !

98% of items are shipping either with UPS Ground, UPS 3 Days Select or Fedex Ground.

Carriers: Fedex Ground, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Days Select, GLS Overnight, and USPS.

Most items has an estimated of 3 days delivery from the date of purchased.

If a sold item is out of stock, a pricing error, or no longer available, we'll let you know ASAP.

Notice: sorry, we can't ship items to Puerto Rico, islands, or AFO.

Order Processing Time

If you place an order before 2PM EST, your order will likely be shipped out the same business day.

If you place an order after 2PM EST on Friday or weekend, or holiday, then your order will be processed the next business day.

Please give us 2 business days to process the order after the purchase transaction is completed.

However, we'll try to process your order on the same day of purchase.

You'll receive an order confirmation after you place an order and tracking number will be provided when your order ships out.

Returns

14 Days to Return

Sold items can be returned within 14 days after it been delivered unless it stated otherwise.

Returned items must be undamaged and unused within its own packaging.

Test Kits/Pessaries

For everyone’s health and safety, no return for test kits or pessaries.

Please consult your physician for the correct pessary size and type before make the purchase.

All return items require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please contact us before you return it. We’ll provide you further return instructions.

Buyers pay for return shipping.

Return Exceptions

  • Products that were purchased over 14 days

  • Clearance items or items that marked as ‘non-returnable’

For defective or damaged products, please contact us through email or phone for a refund or exchange.

Refund will be issued back to your credit card after the item(s) had been inspected.

It may take 5-7 business days for your refund to be completed on your credit card.
